The material and manufacturing process combine to discourage bacterial growth so the towel will not smell like a cotton version. This anti-microbial technology is virtually permanent and will not wash out.

Each towel is made with a special type of high-tech stretch fabric (the best wicking fabric available). It kills bacteria because each fibre contains silver. Silver is a natural anti-microbial and is used in many hospitals for this property. The silver is not affected by water or heat, these towels can be machine washed and either machine or air dried.
