- Hobie Cat Sailboat Manufacturer's Rebate: in order to be eligible to receive a rebate on your purchase of a Hobie Mirage i12s or Hobie Tiger (each a Qualifying Product):
- Purchase a Qualifying Product (Hobe i12s or Hobie Tiger) between December 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010 (the Qualifying Period).
- Complete the rebate form and sign it, and have your dealer sign it, in the space provided.
- Mail this form together with a copy of your dated sales contract showing your purchase of a new Hobie i12s or Tiger (Qualifying Product) identified by Model and Serial Number and your fully completed Warranty Registration Card during the Qualifying Period,
- With respect to the above rebate, your completed request form, paid in full sales receipt and completed warranty card will make up your “CLAIM”. Your claim must be postmarked on or before February 15, 2010 in order for you to be eligible to receive a rebate.
- General Terms and Conditions:
- Approved Purchases: This rebate offer is available exclusively to retail customers who are residents of the U.S. and Canada (but void where prohibited or restricted by law) and may not be combined with any other offer from Hobie Cat Company. Institutional sales of any kind, including but not limited to rental concessions, are not eligible for this offer. Rebates are only available on the purchase of new Qualifying Products at participating authorized Hobie Cat Dealerships. Internet sales are not eligible for this rebate. Limited to one rebate per serial
number.
- Claims: All Claims must be complete and include all required enclosures and information specified on this form and be postmarked on or before February 15, 2010. Incomplete Claims or Claims that are postmarked after February 15, 2010 will not be processed and will not be eligible for this rebate. Hobie Cat is not responsible for incomplete Claims or Claims lost in the mail. You acknowledge that participation in this rebate program imposes no liability on Hobie Cat Company. In particular, Hobie Cat Company is not liable for any consequential damages. If you return any part of your Qualifying Product, you will not be eligible to receive the applicable rebate. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the processing of Claims. All rebates issued in United States Dollars, by Hobie Cat Company, directly to retail customer.
