The Cam Stop Plate bolts to the Upper Gudgeon Casting for the Hobie 14 and 16 and is the plate that engages the rudder cam and locks the rudder down when sailing. This plate requires the slide hole in the newer upper castings. It cannot be retrofit to older castings with the single tube that engages the rudder cam.
