The Scotty Backing Plate offers additional structural support for the Scotty Combination Side/Deck Mount or the flush mounts. Allows thin walled watercraft (kayaks) to hold higher loads in the mount without worrying about it pulling out.
Made of tough engineering grade nylon. Includes stainless hardware.
Note: Access to underside of surface is required for installation.
