The front and rear both provide impeccable storage space to haul all of your gear and feature durable bungee cords to keep that gear secure on your wildest adventures. Jackson have also included gear tracks to easily attach your accessories and customize your kayak the way you want. Built on the same Bite hull that refused to compromise in hull quality, performance, gear management, and comfort at an economical pricepoint, Jackson Kayak’s Bite FD doesn’t cut corners.

The Bite FD performs to the high bar of pedaling and stand-to-fish standards associated with the Jackson Kayak name. In 2021, the Bite FD was upgraded to the Comfort Seat, which is the perfect combination of breathability, drainage and comfort in a framed seat not traditionally found on price point kayaks. 

The Bite FD uses the Flex Drive 3D System, which is uniquely engineered to retract the propeller into the hull when beaching or when running over submerged obstacles. Ample storage fore and aft, paired with an updated bungee attachment system which prevents water from seeping into the hull, means there is plenty of storage space.

Two recessed areas on either side of the Bite FD make quick, easy and secure storage for tackle boxes. Also included are flush mount rod holders and cup holders on both sides of the Comfort Seat.

Four molded-in inserts on the stern of the kayak will accept Jackson's newly developed Accessory Mounting Bracket, designed to accommodate accessories with the four bolt mounting pattern such as a PowerPole or Torqeedo trolling motor.
