The vertical hatch is stiff and strong and designed for standing-on. The unique Hobie designed seal and flange lip drainage keeps water out. Add the optional tackle management tray that deploys two tackle boxes as you open the hatch or the drop-in hatch bucket for versatile small parts storage. Includes backing ring.

For 2022 model year Mirage Compass kayaks the horizontal hatch kit should be used. The vertical hatch kit no longer fits due to seat attachment points.
