Tendon for Tiller on Wave and Getaway

Tendon for older generation Getaway and Wave tiller connector. This tendon is a tubular piece that joins the tiller crossbar to the tiller arms of the Hobie rudder system. It replaces the black rubber cylinder that was originally used.

Also works on older generation Bravo's that used the same part to attach the tiller to the tiller extension
